Muàfa is an e-commerce brand offering baby clothing and essentials in the UAE, operated by SAND STAR GENERAL TRADING L.L.C, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates. Any references to "we", "our", or "us", refere to "Muàfa".
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make purchases.
• If you are under 18, you may only use our Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts with false information.
You agree to use our Platform for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these Terms.

If we cancel after payment, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
• You may cancel your order before dispatch by contacting our customer service.
• Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible; you must follow our Return Policy.
• Customized or personalized items cannot be cancelled once production begins.
• All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are exclusive of 5% VAT.

• If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to error, we reserve the right to:
- Cancel the order and refund any payment, OR
- Contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price.

• If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, redelivery fees may apply.
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our separate Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
• Products must be returned in original condition, unused, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
• Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons: underwear, swimwear, socks, and opened personal care items.
• Returns must be initiated within 2 days of delivery.
• Original proof of purchase (order confirmation/invoice) is required to initiate return.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
• Credit/debit card refunds typically take 7-14 business days to reflect, depending on your bank.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or defective products.
• All content on our Platform (logos, designs, graphics, text, images, software) is owned by Muàfa or our licensors.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
• If you post reviews, photos, or other content on our Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display such content.
• You represent that you own or have rights to any content you submit.
• We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the product(s) ordered in the transaction giving rise to the liability.
• We are not responsible for business losses, lost profits, or data loss.
• Our Platform and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
• We will attempt to resolve disputes amicably before resorting to legal proceedings.
• If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
• Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
